Well, here are a few facts about this ice cream churning, family loving, ultra marathon newbie. (That’s three already, LOL. )
- I grew up in a remote part of Africa, but moved to England, for school, then to Georgia. It’s been a fair number of years and I’m loving it!
- I love my children and my dog. Cats scare the crap out of me, though. Those eyes…..
- In today’s fast paced, gimme-gimme world, I dated the same woman for over a decade, before we got married.
- I’m pretty nifty in the kitchen – I used to be overweight, and stubbornly refused to give up my favorite foods. Learning how to cook changed all that.
- I balance my love of good food with an intense one hour session in the gym three times a week. Gotta burn off those steaks!
